West Area Women’s Missionary Society

The West Area Women’s Missionary Society (WMS) sought to enhance its communication strategies and increase engagement with its members. As an international faith-based organization, WMS faced challenges in reaching its members via email and wanted to expand its social media presence. In response, a comprehensive communication plan was developed, including a new Facebook strategy to complement its existing TikTok presence. The plan also featured content creation, a content calendar for consistent posting, devotional quotes for spiritual engagement, and a user-friendly Facebook tutorial for members. This approach aimed to increase internal communication, reach a broader audience, and strengthen the society’s visibility and member involvement.

Digital Strategy & Execution: Crafted a content calendar for organized posting, while designing devotional quote graphics to resonate with the audience.

Collaboration & Leadership: Partnered with the WMS team to ensure alignment with their vision and mission, working closely with our creative team to maintain cohesive messaging.

Content Creation: Produced inspiring and impactful content, including social media graphics, tutorials, and call-to-action posts for maximum engagement.

Client Engagement & Deliverables: Delivered the communication plan and key materials, including tutorials and content calendars, while ensuring the final output aligned with client expectations. Presented campaign to client.
