My Role and Strategy:

  • Campaign Development & Research: Conducted in-depth research through surveys, interviews, and content analysis to identify communication gaps and opportunities for the Columbus Community Orchestra. Designed a strategic plan to boost awareness and engagement.

  • Digital Engagement & Public Relations: Developed a social media strategy and proposed a new website to enhance the orchestra’s online visibility. Recommended media outreach, partnerships and community events to strengthen public relations efforts.

  • Creative Content & Messaging: Designed promotional materials, including brochures, flyers and digital content, to increase audience engagement while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.

  • Client Collaboration & Performance Tracking: Presented strategic recommendations and deliverables to the client, ensuring alignment with their goals. Established key performance indicators and an evaluation plan to measure campaign effectiveness. After implementation, the orchestra’s retention and engagement increased by 50%, and they continue to thrive with a stronger presence in the community.
